Anatomical and Morphological Findings of the Root Canal of Maxillary Premolars and Their Prevalence: CBCT Study in a Mexican Population

An essential prerequisite to perform any dental procedure is a clear understanding and knowledge of anatomy its possible variations. As result 51.60 % had single root, 31.03 two roots, 16.29 fusion, 1.07 three roots. 22.3 showed mesial 41.9 distal 35.7 did not show curvature; most prevalent configuration Type V. 88.9 3.9 6.9 0.11 roots; 37.59 curvature 62.40 I. extremely has many anatomical configurations, these clinical situations must be considered previous performing endodontic treatment.
